ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) was established in 1976 making it the first of its kind. For this and other reasons, I use their Standards of Practice to dictate what is and is not required of a typical home inspection. ME

Dustin Reinke the owner and operator of Good Guy Home Inspections LLC., grew up in Jerome, Idaho and spent his early professional years working in various fields of construction. His experience in the variety of trades eventually presented an interest in putting that accumulated knowledge to work as a home inspector and eventually a general contractor. Seeing all of the components and systems of a home that can be hidden showed the importance of a quality home inspection by a knowledgeable professional, and he seeks to fill that role for others. The goal of Good Guy Home Inspection LLC is to provide you with the information you need to be certain you are making a knowledgeable financial decision with your home purchase.
